A write-in, if you haven’t heard of it, is an event where writers get together, talk about their work and ideas for a small amount of time, and write near each other for a large amount of time. It’s basically parallel play for grown-ups, and it’s just as much fun 🙂 After two years of Zoom write-ins, we were able to hold our annual event in person again at our favorite coffee shop. First, though, to celebrate our anniversary, we toasted our wonderful universe selves and ate our wonderful universe cake. What a way to start 2023!
